• Report will be submitted after receipt of 100 % Payment.
• Customer will collect the test report within the delivery date given above.
• Customer is requested to bring this copy at the time of collection of test report.
• All samples tested in our Lab are not preserved .
• Verification test for the samples preserved will be done at Customer’s cost.
• Sample received for testing may be returned un–tested under circumstances beyond control, Non–conformity observed during testing and other problem related to sample.
• All samples submitted for testing must be in good condition and of sufficient qty. to ensure completion of all tests as agreed.
• All possible care will be taken in handling and storage of the sample but the risk of loss etc. must be assumed by customer.
• We are not liable for any legal action taken against this report
• In case of any dispute the decision of the Top Management – SMTRL will be final.
Memorandum
The test report / certificate issued by SMTRL are a record of the test conducted on sample submitted to us for testing and the results thereof. Unless otherwise specified in the report, the results are applicable to only to those samples, which have been tested and do not apply to other sample even though declared to be identical.
Test report / certificate if reproduced for any purpose commercial or otherwise should be reproduced in full. Reproduction of a part of the report or an abstract thereof must be specifically approved from the Top Management – SMTRL
Liability Clause
• SMTRL shall not be liable for any changes in reported data due to any cause related to sample tested after the report / certificate, in respect of it, has been issued.
• Test report / certificate shall not be regarded in any way diminishing the normal contractual responsibilities / obligations between the customer and SMTRL.
• The results reported in the test report / certificate is valid only at the time of and under the stated conditions of the testing.
